Autumn Colours

SOUTH ISLAND NEW ZEALAND
AUTUMN IN CENTRAL OTAGO IS SPECTACULAR AND A FAVOURITE TIME FOR US TO VISIT:
THE ARROW RIVER VIA ARROWTOWN, SKIPPERS CANYON AND THE WAKATIPU VALLEY.

These 4WD destinations and offer the budding and experienced landscape photographer plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and hone the old.

"Your idea is the most important element in the image making process" ML

In all our workshops we concentrate on developing your camera skills and craft. It’s important to know how you camera works and how to get the most out of it. Our aim is to help you develop your own personal photographic aesthetics. By the end of the workshop you will have an educated opinion regarding what makes a 'good' photograph and why. We teach you our visual language and encourage you to develop your own.

 THe Critique Process

For all multi-day photo workshops, we ask students to select images from each photographic session. These images will be downloaded onto our computer and will be projected for the group to see. We will go through each photographer's work and give constructive feedback. The whole point of the workshop is to achieve growth and by showing one another images in an open, and trusting atmosphere there is amazing potential to improve!

The edited images will become part of a book we will make at the end of the workshop. Copyright of the images remains with the photographers at all times.
