5 DAY Landscape, nature photography WORKSHOP
COST NZD$3,160.00 (includes accommodation, travel and more)
MAXIMUM 6 STUDENTS WITH TWO INSTRUCTORS (Jackie Ranken and Mike Langford)
SOUTH ISLAND NEW ZEALAND
This World Heritage designated area is renowned for being New Zealand’s “last frontier” and home to rare wildlife, rugged beaches and wild rain forests.
This is a unique environment with many photographic challenges to explore. You may see Yellow Crested Penguins but they are timid creatures. This is the whitebait season and you will find the whitebait fishermen and women and their fishing rigs a very interesting subject to photograph, especially at sunset when the fishing nets and people make great silhouettes.
We travel back to Queenstown on Sunday afternoon so that we have Monday to concentrate on editing and printing work made while on the workshop. This is a change to gain more skills and understand that printing is the next step in your creative expression.
We discuss the editing, Ezio Monitors, Colour management and the new Canon Pro 1000 printer.
