What is a Travel Photo Essay?
In its rawest sense
a ‘Travel Photo Essay’ is a small sequence of photographs that tell a story
about a destination.
This could be just a personal document – as in a series of photographs depicting a summer holiday, or an overseas journey.
Whatever the subject – it still needs some structure and intent. The story needs to be fully understood without the need of words and the pictures need to be able to tell you the whole story.
Creating pictures that tell where, what and who. Including portraiture, landscape and action photography.
